Order Confirmation
Using Centralized Order Entry provides order confirmation by either email or fax.
- Clicking the send by email checkbox will send a confirmation email to the primary email on file for an individual's account. Selecting this check box will also open the bcc confirmation email field.
- The bcc confirmation email field allows an additional email address to be "blind" copied on the confirmation email.
- Selecting the send by fax checkbox delivers the confirmation to the primary fax number that was set up on the individual profile.
