Accreditation Organizations Child Form

The organizations child form lists the organization applying for the Accreditation Program. For information on the actions you can perform on the organizations child form, see Adding Branches (Affiliated Accreditation Programs).

Organizations Child Form

You see the following columns on the organizations child form:

Column Description
Organization Name Displays the full name organization applying for this Accreditation.
Organization Code Displays the user-created code for the organization.

Organizations Grandchild Form

When you click the folder icon in the child form, you see the following columns in the grandchild form:

Column Description
Branch Displays the name of the affiliated organization.
Begin Date Displays the date that the affiliated organization was added.
End Date Displays the date that the affiliated organization becomes unaffiliated.
[add branches] Opens the Add – Accreditation Organization Affiliation page, so you can add other affiliated organizations.

expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
add icon to add a new record to the child form.
edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
  new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
  more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
  linked headings to sort the records.
  refresh the data in the form.
  export the data to a quick report for download.
