Setup

There are three basic areas of setup you must perform before beginning your work in the Accreditation module. You must set up your Accreditation, Survey, and Surveyor drop-down lists.

Workflow

  1. Setup your drop-down lists.
  2. Create a program, including a fee and a price.
  3. Add an application = Accreditation Area Profile.
  4. Add a survey team.
  5. Add a survey to the Accreditation Area Profile>Survey Tab>survey child form.
  6. Add surveyors.
  7. Add surveyors to the Survey Area.
  8. Conduct the Survey. (Accreditation Survey Area Profile) Send pre-survey materials. Get the survey fee. Send a confirmation letter. Prepare the packet. Send the packet. Send a confirmation letter. Get the completed application. Have a conference call with the committee. Send a draft to the committee.
  9. Complete the survey. (Accreditation Survey Area Profile) Send the decision letter. Send the Certificate. Complete survey team peer evaluations. Complete committee survey team evaluations.
  10. Accredit the organization: 1) Accreditation Area Profile>Edit button>decision date, decision letter 2) Accreditation Survey Area Profile>Committee Dates>decision letter sent on, certificate sent on
