Child Form Security
Child Form Group Permissions allow you to remove function links (add, edit, goto, delete) from a Child Form or make the child form invisible to a specified netFORUMsecurity Group.
By default, a child form is visible and all its links are accessible to everyone unless Child Form Group Permissions are defined. If a User is a member of one group that has revoked permissions, but is also a member of another group that does not have revoked permissions, then that user will have full rights on the child form. What this means in practice is that if you want a particular user to not be able to see a child form, then you need to ensure that for every Group that user belongs to, that Group should not be able to see the Child Form.
Controls
- Group code: the security group
