A contract records the terms of agreement for supplying advertising at a fixed price. Use the expired contract child form to track contracts that have been established between the advertiser and your organization and are past the through date.

Expired Contracts Child Form Information

The expired contract child form displays a list of information about the inactive contracts between the advertiser and your organization. You see the following columns on the expired contract child form:

Column Description
Contract Id Displays the number that netFORUM generates for each contract.
Rate Card Displays the name of the Rate Card used in negotiating this contract.
# Placements Displays the number of ad placements included in this contract.
Signed Date Displays the date that the contract was signed.
From Date Displays the date that the contract becomes valid.
Through Date Displays the last day that the contract is valid. All contracts displayed here are past this date.
Agency Displays the full name of the Ad Agency providing the material for the ads in the contract.
Bill to Displays the name of the customer (individual, organization, chapter, or household) responsible for payment.
