Editing an Award Entry Profile
Clicking the Edit button allows you to make changes to the Award Entry. You can edit basic Award information, but you cannot edit fees.
The Award Entry Profile contains an edit button to allow you to edit the information about the award entry:
- Go to .
- Click the Edit button. The Edit-Award Entry window opens.
- Enter information in the fields for the populated award as described in the table below:
Field Names Required Description entry received date Optional Enter or select the date on which you received the entry. entry customer (l,f) Optional Type the first few letters of the Individual's, Organization's, or Household's name to get a list of matches, click the customer you want. Or click the look up icon. nominator Optional Type the first few letters of the Individual's, Organization's, or Household's name to get a list of matches, click the customer you want. Or click the look up icon. entry number Optional Enter a number to identify the entry. source code Optional Type the first few letters or numbers of the source code to get a list of matches, click the source code you want. Or click the look up icon. division Optional Select a division from the drop-down list. category Optional Select a category from the drop-down list. medium Optional Select a medium in which the award will be given. entry title Required Enter the title for the entry. agency Optional TBD winner category Optional Select the winner category such as Runner Up, Honorable Mention, or First Place. date presented Optional Enter or select the date that the award entry is presented. citation Optional TBD notes Optional Type some notes that let other iWeb users know what changes you made and why. - Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Award Entry Profile. Click the Cancel button to return to the Award Entry Profile without saving your changes.
