Address Change Log Child Form
Use the Address Change Log child form to see a list of and report on address changes related to this individual profile.
Address Change Log Child Form Information
The Address Change Log child form displays a list of address changes and other useful information about each address change. The child form displays the following information:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Reason | Displays the reason this address was changed. |
| Address Type | Displays the type that the user selected while adding the address. |
| Changed by | Displays the netFORUM user id of the user who changed the address. |
| Change Date | Displays the netFORUM-recorded date the address was changed. |
| Source | Displays the source code associated with the address change. |
| Previous Address | Displays the previous address. |
| New Address | Displays the updated address. |
Child Form Icons
Use the following icons to work with child forms. Not every form will have all of the icons listed. The icons are also different if the form uses the updated user interface available with version 2017.
