State License Child Form
Use the State License child form to list, edit, or add state-issued licenses held by the individual.
State License Child Form Information
The State License child form displays a list of state-issued licenses held by the individual. You see the following columns on the State Licensechild form:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| State | Displays the state which issued the license held by the individual. |
| License No | Displays the number of the individual's license. |
| Issue Date | Displays the date the license was issued. |
| Year Expire | Displays the year the license expires. |
| Status | Displays the status of the license. |
