Certification Tool
The Certification Tool certifies candidates who have completed all requirements, but have not yet been certified. You can use the Requirements Tool to mark a list of certificants as having completed all requirements.
The Certification Tool is also capable of the following:
- enrolling certificants in a renewal program (if program has a renewal program)
- creating a renewal invoice (proforma or terms)
- updating the designation field on the individual record, if the program has a designation
- assigning a certificate number
Using the Certification Tool
To use the certification tool:
- Go to .
- Craft a list of Certificants you would like to certify. The List - Certificant page appears.
- In the left navigation panel, click Certification Tool.
- Choose which fields to fill in based on the description in the table below:

Note that if you are trying to process more people than are in your ListDataGridMaxRows user option, then you need to run the tool in batches. We do not recommend raising this number beyond the recommended limit, or you risk processing timeouts.
