Recertification Tool
The Recertification Tool evaluates a list of certificants . If the certificants' re-certification requirements have been met, the Recertification Tool updates the certificants' main certification record. You can use the Recertification Tool to mark a list of certificants as re-certified if they have completed all the renewal programs.
Using the Recertification Tool
- Go to .
- Craft a list of Certificants you would like to mark as recertified. The List - Certificant page appears.
- In the left navigation panel, click Recertification Tool.
- Choose which fields to fill in based on the description in the table below:

Click the Update Certificants button.
- The Recertification Tool updates fields in the Certificant records according to the table below.

Note that if you are trying to process more people than are in your ListDataGridMaxRows user option, then you need to run the tool in batches. We do not recommend raising this number beyond the recommended limit, or you risk processing timeouts.
