Requirements Tool
The Requirements Tool checks to see if the certificant candidates have completed all of the program requirements and then updates the certificants' records accordingly. You can use the Requirements Tool to mark a list of certificants as having completed all requirements before you use the Certification Tool to certify candidates who have completed all requirements, but have not yet been certified.
Using the Requirements Tool
- Go to .
- Craft a list of Certificants you would like to mark as requirements completed. The List - Certificant page appears.
- In the left navigation panel, click Requirements Tool.
- Choose which fields to fill in based on the description in the table below:

Click the Update Participant Records button.
- The Requirements Tool updates fields in the Certificant records according to the table below.

Note: The logic is the same for the other requirement types (Fees, Work Experience, Course, CEUs, Exam, Education, Reference, Other)
Note that if you are trying to process more people than are in your ListDataGridMaxRows user option, then you need to run the tool in batches. We do not recommend raising this number beyond the recommended limit, or you risk processing timeouts.
