Add a Linked Product

Add a linked product when you want to require a participant to purchase merchandise as well as pass the exam to earn the ceu credits. For example, a participant might be required to subscribe to a monthly newsletter and earn a certain score on the exam to be certified.

Once you add the linked product, in order for individuals to get credit for this exam they must meet or exceed the minimum passing score as well as purchase the linked product. If no score was set up, the individual must simply register for the exam and purchase the product to get credit.

To add a linked product, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>Certification>Exam>Find, Query, or Add Exam>Exam Profile>Misc Tab>linked products (for ceu generation) child form.
  2. Click the Add button. The Add-Exam x Product page opens.
  3. Fill in the fields for the populated exam according to the table below:

  4. Click the Save button to save your changes and return to the Exam Profile. Click the Cancel button to return to the Exam Profile without saving your changes.
