Grant Program Profile

A Grant Program is a program offered by your organization to award money to organizations or individuals who actively promote your chosen cause. The Grant Program profile allows you to track and manage Grant Program information.

Grant Program Profile Information

The Grant Program Profile displays the following information:

Field Description
code Displays the user-entered program code.
name Displays the full user-entered program name.
start date Displays the date the Grant Program begins.
end date Displays the date that the Grant Program ends.
app deadline Displays the date applications for the Grant Program are no longer accepted.
expected amount Displays the award amount expected by recipients of this grant.
max award Displays the maximum award amount to be awarded to recipients of this grant.
award date Displays the date the moneys for this Grant Program will be awarded.
debit account Displays the grant debit account.
liability account Displays the grant liability account.

Grant Program Profile Actions

You can perform the following actions from the Grant Program Profile:

  • Add an Applicant
  • Add Program Funding

Grant Program Child Forms

The child forms section of the Grant Program Profile is divided into several tabs. Each tab contains child forms with information related to the Grant Program.

The following tabs are available:

  • Applicants
  • Contacts
  • Documents
  • Expenses
  • Funds Committed
  • Funds Disbursed
  • Net Grant Funds

Applicants Tab

Use the Applicants tab to see a list of applicants for the Grant Program, and other details such as when they applied and the status of the application. The Applicants tab has one child form: the grant applicants child form.

Contacts Tab

Use the Contacts tab to view a list of individuals who have been named as contacts for the Grant Program. The Contacts tab has one child form: the grant program contact child form.

Documents Tab

Use the Documents tab to link documents (such as application forms and application samples) to the Grant Program Profile. The Documents tab has one child form: the grant program document child form.

Expenses Tab

Use the Expenses tab to add and track all the expenses for the Grant Program. The Expenses tab has one child form: the program expense child form.

Funds Committed Tab

Use the Funds Committed tab to view the amount of grant funds that have been promised or collected for the Grant Program. The Funds Committed tab has one child form: the grant program fund child form.

This child form displays the Donor (or donors) who provided the funds for the Grant Program, the Amount of the donation, the Invoice Type of the donation, and the Date of the donation.

Funds Disbursed Tab

Use the Funds Disbursed child form to view a list of disbursements made from the fund to date. The Funds Disbursed tab has one child form: the grant program distribution child form.

The grant program distribution child form displays the individual/organization the funds were Disbursed To, the Amount disbursed, and the date the funds were Disbursed On.

Net Grant Funds Tab

Use the Net Grant Funds tab to view the total funds available from the grant. The Net Grant Funds tab has one child form: the grant available funds child form.
