Account Summary Report

Reports Central: Accounting --> Accounting Period

This report shows the total credits and total debits for fiscal year/period summarized by G/L Account. The information in this report is similar to the account summary child form on the fiscal year profile (or similar child form on accounting period profile). The report pulls data from the ac_ledger table wherein the ledger entries are created when batches are closed.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Business Unit	Required	Choose the business unit you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Fiscal Year	Required	Choose the fiscal year you want to run this report on from the drop down list
Period	Optional	Transactions are selected for the specified period only.

Report Fields

This report can produce output both in a browser window (HTML) and as a PDF contai

ning the following information:

Column Name	Description
Account	Lists the General Ledger account number.
Project	Lists the associated project.
Amount	Lists the net Credit, Debit, and related Total amounts for the selected fiscal year. Note: If the optional Period report parameter is selected, amounts for that period only display.
