Product Claim Report

Reports Central: Accounting --> Invoice

This report provides a list of all the product claims for shipped items.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Claim Date From	Required	Choose the specified claim date from you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Claim Date Through	Required	Choose the specified claim date through you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Status	Optional	Choose a claim status from the drop-down list: Approved, Denied, or Pending.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Claim Code	Lists the claim code: Approved, Denied, or Pending.
Product Name	Lists the product name.
Claim Qty	Lists the number of products claimed.
Claim Date	Lists the claim date.
Reason	Lists the claim reason: Damaged or Not Received.
Notes	Lists any notes related to the claim.
