Stored Credit Cards Due to Expire Report

Reports Central: Accounting --> Overview

To provide a list of credit cards set to expire for automatic transfer transactions within the date range.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Type	Required	Choose the specified type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list: All, All Orders, Membership Only, or Fundraising Only.
CC Expire Date From	Required	Choose the specified cc expire date from you want to run this report on from the date text box.
CC Expire Date To	Required	Choose the specified cc expire date to you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Order Type	Required	Choose the specified order type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list: All or Open.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Customer Name	Lists the customer name.
Credit Card	Lists the credit card type.
Expire Date	Lists the credit card expire date.
Order Number	Lists the order number.
Order Type	Lists the order type.
Schedule Date	Lists the expire schedule date.
Product Name	Lists the product name.
