Trial Balance Report

Reports Central: Accounting --> Accounting Period Reports

This report displays the account balances of accounting ledgers along with debits and credits.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Business Unit	Required	Choose the specified business unit you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Fiscal Year	Required	Choose the specified fiscal year you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Period	Required	Choose the specified period you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
As Of Date	Required	Choose the specified as of date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Account No.	Lists the General Ledger account number.
Account Name	Lists the General Ledger account name.
Beginning Balance	Lists the trial beginning balance.
Debits	Lists the trial balance debits.
Credits	Lists the trial balance credits.
Ending Balance	Lists the trial ending balance.
Totals	Lists all balance totals for the report.
