Advertiser name	Optional	Choose the specified advertiser name you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Advertiser Name	Lists the advertiser name.
Agency Name	Lists the agency name.
Contract ID #	Lists the contract identification number.
Contract Begin Date	Lists the contract begin date.
Contract Expiration Date	Lists the contract expiration date.
# of Placement(s)	Lists the number of advertisement placements (insertions).
Total Number Inserted	Lists the total number of insertions.
Total Number not Inserted	Lists the total number of insertions remaining on the contract.
Rate Card Name	Lists the rate card name.
Total Contract Value: (Base Rate+Additional Charges-Discounts)	Lists the total contract value.
Contract Bill To Name	Lists the contract bill to name.
Contract Bill To Address	Lists the contract bill to address.
Seller	Lists the seller name.
Publication/Subscription	Lists the publication/subscription name.
Appearing In	Lists the advertisement insertion location.
Price	Lists the insertion price.
