Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Publication/Subscription	Required	Choose the specified publication/subscription name you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Issue Name	Optional	Choose the specified issue name you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Advertiser	Optional	Choose the specified advertiser you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Agency	Optional	Choose the specified agency you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Remit To	Required	Choose the specified remit to you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Description	Lists the advertisement description.
Price	Lists the advertisement price.
Quantity	Lists the quantity of advertisements.
Total	Lists the total cost of the advertisement.
Balance Due (net charge - previouspayment)	Lists the balance due.
Please Remit To	Lists the remit to name and address with space for payment information.
