Publication/Subscription Name	Optional	Choose the specified publication/subscription name you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Issue Name	Optional	Choose the specified issue name you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
From Order Date	Optional	Choose the specified from order date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
To Order Date	Optional	Choose the specified to order date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Advertiser (Name/Contact Person/City/State)	Optional	Choose the specified advertiser you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
