Customer Requests Report

Reports Central: CRM --> Assignments

This report returns requests made by customers and related information.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
code	Optional	Choose the specified code you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
reason	Optional	Choose the specified reason you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Status	Optional	Choose the specified status you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Begin Date	Optional	Choose the specified begin date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
End Date	Optional	Choose the specified end date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Request #	Lists the customer request number.
Date Entered	Lists the date entered for the customer request.
Origin	Lists the customer request source of origin.
Contact Request Code	Lists the contact customer request code.
Priority	Lists the customer request priority.
Activity	Lists the customer request activity.
Request Reason	Lists the reason for the customer request.
Request Summary	Lists the summary for the customer request.
Request Detail	Lists the customer request details.
Total Requests	Lists the total number of requests by customer.
Grand Total Requests	Lists the total number of customer request for the report.
