Customer Scoring by Organization Report

Reports Central: CRM --> AScore Range History

Output monthly normalized scores for each organization employee for each scale.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Members Only?	Optional	When checked, only members are included in the report.
Individuals Receiving Benefits?	Optional	When checked, individuals receiving benefits are included in the report.
Member Type	Optional	Choose the specified member type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
As of Date	Required	Choose the specified as of date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Summary/Detail	Required	Summary mode suppresses the details within a report.
Include Organization Scores?	Optional	When checked, organization scores are included in the report.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or Excel spreadsheet containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Organization	Lists the organization name.
Individuals	Lists the individual names.
Primary Contact	Lists the primary contact name.
Receives Benefits	Lists whether or not the individual receives benefits for that organization.
Overall A-Score	Lists the overall A-Score.
Totals	Lists the overall A-Score totals for the report.
