Individual Duplicate Check Report

Reports Central: CRM --> Individuals

This report provides a list of potential duplicate records of individuals in the system.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Search Criteria	Required	Choose the specified search criteria you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Include Deceased Individuals?	Optional	When checked, the report includes deceased individuals.
Include Sub Totals?	Optional	When checked, the report includes subtotals.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Customer ID	Lists the customer ID.
Customer Name	Lists the customer name.
Address	Lists the customer address.
Contact Information	Lists the customer contact information.
Grouping	Lists the grouping selected for the report.
