My Assignments Report

Reports Central: CRM --> Assignments

This report returns individual assignments and related information.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
User	Optional	Choose the specified user you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
From Date	Required	Choose the specified from date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Through Date	Required	Choose the specified through date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Task Type	Optional	Choose the specified task type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Request #	Lists the assignment number.
Role	Lists the assignment role.
Due Date	Lists the assignment due date.
Reminder Date	Lists the assignment reminder date.
Status Code	Lists the assignment status code.
Priority Code	Lists the assignment priority code.
Source	Lists the assignment source.
Assignment Summary	Lists the assignment summary.
Assignment	Lists the assignment details.
Grand Total	Lists the total number of assignments for the report.
