Association	Required	Choose the specified association you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Certification program	Required	Choose the specified position you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
From Date	Optional	Choose the specified from date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
To Date	Optional	Choose the specified to date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Customer Name	Lists the committee member name under the position held.
Committee Name	Lists the committee name.
Start Date	Lists the committee member position held start date.
End Date	Lists the committee member position held end date.
Count	Lists the total count of committee members for the report.
