This report will output a list of nominees for the committee.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Committee Type	Required	Choose the specified committee type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Committee Name	Optional	Choose the specified committee name you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Nomination Status	Optional	Choose the specified nomination status you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Nominee Name	Lists the nominee name.
Nomination Date	Lists the nomination date.
Position	Lists the nomination position on the committee.
Contact Info	Lists the address, phone number, fax number, and email address for the committee nominee.
Committee Name	Lists the committee name.
Nomination Status	Lists the nomination status of the committee nominee.
