Committee Roster with Contact Information (Export) Report

Reports Central: Committee --> Management

This report lists contact information for members of a specific committee and can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Committee	Required	Choose the specified committee you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Based on	Required	Choose the specified based on criteria you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Committee Status	Optional	Choose the specified committee status you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or Excel spreadsheet containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Committee Name	Lists the committee name.
First, Middle, Last Name	Lists the first, middle, and last name of the person on the committee.
Position Code	Lists the position code of the person on the committee.
Rank	Lists the rank of the person on the committee.
Status	Lists the status of the person on the committee.
Voting	Lists the voting status of the person on the committee.
Contact Information	Lists the address, phone number, fax number, and email address for the person on the committee.
Company	Lists the company of the person on the committee.
