Event Name	Required	Choose the specified event name you want to run this report on from the drop down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or as a PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Registrant Name	Lists the registrant name.
Company Name	Lists the registrant company name.
Refund Amt Cancelled/Substitue Date	Lists the registration refunded amount or the cancelled/substitute date.
Cancelled Registrants Total	Lists the total number of cancelled registrants for the report.
Substitute Registrants Total	Lists the total number of substituted registrants for the report.
