Event Faculty Report

Reports Central: Events --> Staff Type

This report provides information regarding the staff, speakers and volunteers for an Event.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Event	Required	Choose the specified event you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Session	Optional	Choose the specified session you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Faculty Type	Optional	Choose the specified faculty type you want to run this report on from the drop down list: Staff, Speakers, or Volunteers.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or as a PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Staff	Lists the Name, Phone, Fax, Email, Type, Duty, Event, and/or Session for the staff member.
Speakers	Lists the Name, Phone, Fax, Email, Contact By, Type Status, Area of Expertise, Event, and/or Session for the speaker.
Volunteers	Lists the Name, Phone, Fax, Email, Type, Region, Event, and/or Session for the volunteer.
Summary	Lists a summary for the number of staff, speakers, and volunteers for the report.
Total Faculty Members	Lists a total of all faculty members for the report.
