Event Guest List Report

Reports Central: Events --> Registrants

This report will list all the guests for the event and session.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Event	Required	Choose the specified event you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Session	Optional	Choose the specified session you want to run this report on from the drop down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Name	Lists the registrant guest name.
Address	Lists the registrant guest address.
Phone	Lists the registrant guest phone number.
Fax	Lists the registrant guest fax number.
Email	Lists the registrant guest email address.
Guest of:	Lists the registrant name.
Guests per Event/Session	Lists the number of guests per event/session.
