Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Event Name	Required	Choose the event name you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Session Name	Optional	Choose the specified session name you want to run this report on from the drop down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output both in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Event Start Date	Lists the event start date.
Event End Date	Lists the event end date.
Session	Lists the session information.
Room Name	Lists the session room name.
Room Location	Lists the session room location.
Room Notes	Lists any notes about the session room.
Setup Time	Lists the session room setup time.
Breakdown Time	Lists the session room breakdown time.
Setup Category	Lists the session room setup category.
Setup Item	Lists the session room setup time.
Quantity	Lists the session room setup item quantity.
Amount per Item	Lists the session room setup item amount per item.
Amount	Lists the session room setup item total amount.
Setup Item Notes	Lists any notes about the setup item.
