Report Parameters

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Event	Required	Choose the event you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Location	Optional	Choose the specified event location you want to run this report on from the drop down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output both in a browser window (HTML) or PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Hotel Name	Lists the hotel name.
Room Type	Lists the room type.
Registrant Name	Lists the registrant name.
Date	Lists the registration date.
Room ID	Lists the hotel room ID.
Room Number	Lists the hotel room number.
Special Request	Lists any hotel room special requests.
