Reports Central: Events --> Event Planning

This report is a listing of registrants grouped and totaled by state for a particular event.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Event Name	Required	Choose the specified event name you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Registration Date From	Optional	Choose the specified registration date from you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Registration Date Through	Optional	Choose the specified registration date through you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Registrant Full Name	Lists the registrant full name.
City	Lists the registrant city.
Zip Code	Lists the registrant zip code.
Registration Type	Lists the registration type.
Registrants per State/Event	Lists the total number of registrants per state and/or event.
