Registrants with Invoice Balance Report

Reports Central: Events --> Event Planning

This report is a listing of registrants grouped and totaled by state for a particular event.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Event Name	Required	Choose the specified event name you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Registration Start Date	Optional	Choose the specified registration start date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Registration End Date	Optional	Choose the specified registration end date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or as a PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Registrant Name	Lists the registrant name.
Company Name	Lists the registrant company name.
City, State, Zip	Lists the registrant city, state, and zip code.
Product Name	Lists the event or session name.
Invoice Number	Lists the associated invoice number.
Invoice Amt.	Lists the associated invoice amount.
Paid Amt.	Lists the amount paid towards the invoice.
Balance	Lists the balance remaining on the invoice.
Total Invoice Amt., Paid Amt., Balance	Lists the invoice, paid, and balance totals for the invoice.
