Sponsor List Report

Reports Central: Events --> Event Planning

This report is a list of sponsors for a specified event.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Event Name	Required	Choose the specified event name you want to run this report on from the drop down list.
Event Start Date	Optional	Choose the specified event start date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Event End Date	Optional	Choose the specified event end date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Sponsor	Lists the sponsor name.
Sponsor Type	Lists the sponsor type.
Contact Name	Lists the contact name for the sponsor.
Invoice	Lists the associated invoice number.
Invoice Total	Lists the associated invoice total.
Payment	Lists the amount paid towards the invoice.
Balance	Lists the balance remaining on the invoice.
Grand Totals	Lists the number of invoices, invoice totals, payments, and balance grand totals for the invoice.
