Address	Lists the exhibitor address.
Phone	Lists the exhibitor phone number.
Email	Lists the exhibitor email address.
Cancelled Date	Lists the exhibitor cancelled date.
Cancelled Exhibitors Total	Lists the total number of cancelled exhibitors for the report.
