Campaign Performance Analysis Report

Reports Central: Fundraising --> Campaigns

This report provides an analysis of campaigns with their goals, number of donors, and gifts donated.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Start Date	Required	Choose the specified start date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
End Date	Required	Choose the specified end date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) and as a PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Campaign	Lists the campaign name.
No. Donors	Lists the number of donors.
Avg/Donor	Lists the campaign average donor amount.
No. Gifts	Lists the number of gifts.
Avg/Gift	Lists the campaign average gift amount.
Total Given	Lists the total amount given.
Goal	Lists the campaign goal amount.
Over (Under)	Lists the campaign over (under) amount.
% Goal	Lists the percent of the campaign goal attained.
Grand Totals	Lists the grand totals for the report.
Actual Counts	Lists the actual counts for the report.
A Total of # Campaign(s) Listed	Lists the total number of campaigns listed for the report.
