Reports Central: Fundraising --> Constituents

This report lists the top donors during a defined period of time.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Start Date	Optional	Choose the specified start date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
End Date	Optional	Choose the specified end date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Run Type	Required	Choose the specified run type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Level (numeric numbers only)	Required	Enter a donor level in the box.
Campaign	Optional	Choose the specified campaign you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Fund	Optional	Choose the specified fund you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or as a PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Rank	Lists the constituent rank.
Constituent Name	Lists the constituent name.
No. Gifts	Lists the constituent number of gifts.
Amount Given	Lists the donation amount.
Grand Totals	Lists the grand totals for the report.
A Total of Constituent(s) Listed	Lists the total number of constituents listed for the report.
