This report lists all applicants who have requested the grant.

Report Parameters

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Grant Type	Required	Choose the specified grant type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Status	Optional	Choose the specified status you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Applicant Name	Lists the applicant name.
Address	Lists the applicant address.
Phone	Lists the applicant phone number.
Fax	Lists the applicant fax number.
Email	Lists the applicant email address.
Application Date	Lists the grant application date.
Amount Requested	Lists the amount requested.
Award Date	Lists the award date.
Award Amount	Lists the award amount.
Status	Lists the grant status.
Total Applicants	Lists the total applicants per status and for the report.
