Distribution Date	Lists the distribution date.
Distribution Method	Lists the distribution method.
Batch	Lists the batch name.
Credit Number	Lists the credit number.
Refund Number	Lists the refund number.
Product	Lists the grant product name.
Distribution Amount	Lists the distribution amount.
Total Distributed Amount	Lists the total distributed amount for the report.
