Stock Status Report

Reports Central: Inventory --> Warehouses

This report lists products in each warehouse along with beginning balance as of first of the month (of the cutoff date passed) and summary of all inventory transactions from that day to the current system date.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Warehouse	Optional	Choose the specified warehouse you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Product	Optional	Choose the specified product you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Date (MM-DD-YYYY)	Optional	Choose the specified start date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Item No	Lists the item number.
Description	Lists the item description.
Beginning Month Inv	Lists the beginning month inventory.
Receipts To Stock	Lists the receipts to stock amount.
M-T-D Sold	Lists the month to date amount sold.
Qty Returned	Lists the quantity returned to stock.
Qty on Hand	Lists the quantity on hand.
Qty Committed	Lists the quantity committed.
Qty Available	Lists the quantity available.
Total	Lists the report totals.
