Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Survey Name (Date range is ignored if selected)	Optional	Choose the specified survey name you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
From Date	Optional	Choose the specified from date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Thru Date	Optional	Choose the specified thru date you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Survey Name	Lists the survey name.
Survey Description	Lists the survey description.
Purpose	Lists the survey purpose.
From Date	Lists the survey from date.
Thru Date	Lists the survey thru date.
Point of Contact	Lists the survey point of contact.
Question Count	Lists the survey question count.
Response Count	Lists the survey response count.
