Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Month	Required	Choose the specified month you want to run this report on from the drop-down list: Yes or No.
Year	Required	Choose the specified year you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Month Year	Lists the member count for the month and year.
Total	Lists the total member count for the report.
Grand Total	Lists the grand total for the report.
