Members About To Expire Report

Reports Central: Membership --> Associations

This report lists an association's members whose membership is about to expire.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Association	Required	Choose the specified association you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Member Type	Optional	Choose the specified member type you want to run this report on from the drop-down list: Both, Members, or Flowdown.
Expire Date From	Required	Choose the specified expire date from you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Expire Date To	Required	Choose the specified expire date to you want to run this report on from the date text box.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Member Name	Lists the member name.
Address	Lists the member address.
Phone	Lists the member phone number.
Member Type	Lists the member type.
Member Status	Lists the member status.
Expiration Date	Lists the expiration date.
Member Type	Lists the member type.
Sub Total	Lists the subtotals for the report.
Total	Lists the grand total for the report.
