This report lists information for national memberships.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Associations	Required	Choose the specified association you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Package	Optional	Choose the specified membership package you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Start Date	Required	Choose the specified start date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
End Date	Required	Choose the specified end date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Sort By	Required	Choose the specified sort by you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or as an Excel spreadsheet containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Member Name	Lists the member name.
Invoice Code	Lists the associated invoice code.
Product Package Name	Lists the membership product package name.
Transaction Date	Lists the transaction date.
Installment Billing	Lists the installment billing.
Membership Term Start Date	Lists the membership term start date.
Membership Term End Date	Lists the membership term end date.
Membership Renew Year	Lists the membership renew year.
Previous Invoice Code	Lists the previous associated invoice code.
Previous Membership Term Start Date	Lists the previous membership term start date.
Previous Membership Term End Date	Lists the previous membership term end date.
Membership Updated Y/N	Lists whether or not the membership has been updated.
Membership Rejoin Y/N	Lists whether or not the membership has been rejoined.
