Column Name	Description
State	Lists the state.
Qualified Non-Paid	Lists the number of qualified non-paid.
Qualified Paid	Lists the number of qualified paid.
Total Qualified	Lists the number of total qualified.
Percent	Lists the percentage circulated.
Total Qualified Circulation	Lists the total qualified circulation for the report.
