BPA (8) Subscriptions (How Ordered Detail) Report

Reports Central: Subscriptions --> Subscriptions

Gives the qualified-paid subscribers for the selected circulation classification for the report period.

Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
From Date	Required	Choose the specified from date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
To Date	Required	Choose the specified to date you want to run this report on from the date text box.
Subscription	Required	Choose the specified subscription you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Classification	Required	Choose the specified classification you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or as a PDF containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Subscriber ID	Lists the subscriber ID.
Subscriber	Lists the subscriber name.
Copies	Lists the number of copies.
Total Copies	Lists the number of total copies for the individual.
Total Percentage	Lists the percentage for the individual.
Total Copies Ordered for All Groups	Lists the total copies ordered for all groups for the report.
