Report Parameters

Selected report parameter information displays below the title of the report.

Parameter Name	Required	Description
Subscription Issue Product	Required	Choose the specified subscription issue product you want to run this report on from the drop-down list.
Include Grace Issues?	Optional	When checked, grace issues are included in the report.
Include Back Issues?	Optional	When checked, back issues are included in the report.
Include Claims Only?	Optional	When checked, claims only are included in the report.

Report Fields

This report can produce output in a browser window (HTML) or as an Excel spreadsheet containing the following information:

Column Name	Description
Subscriber ID	Lists the subscriber ID.
Subscriber Name	Lists the subscriber name.
Subscription Name	Lists the subscription name.
Grace Issue	Lists any grace issues.
Back Issue	Lists any back issues.
Claim Issue	Lists any claim issues.
