Use this system option to add a premium to the shipping charge if the ship-to address is an international address. A shipping address is considered to be international if the ship-to county is not USA (defined as "United States of America", "United States" or "USA" in upper or lower case). InternationalShippingPremium only applies to a shipping charge applied at the invoice level. This premium does not apply to a shipping charge based on a percentage of the invoice total.
The default for this option is 0.
Current Setting
The current setting for InternationalShippingPremium is used as follows:
Values: This system option can be set to any numerical value in a format that can convert to a decimal. netFORUM adds the value in this system option to what would otherwise be the shipping amount.
Example: For example, if the system option value is 24.99 and the shipping would be 10.00, then the shipping amount will compute to 34.99.
Default Value: 0
