Use this system option to determines which Guest Registration will be used. If false (cleared check box), then Guest registration will be allowed to add only using Badge Name. If true (selected check box), then Guest registration will allow to select existing individual from current Database. The default for this option is true (selected check box).
Current Setting
The current setting for UseCustomerRecordsForGuestRegistrations is used as follows:
Values: This system option can be set to true (selected check box) or false (cleared check box).
- true—allow guests to register only if they exist as an Individual in the current database.
- false—allow guests to register using only their badge names.
Default Value: true
